Priscilla Johnson (formerly P. Baxter) was a powerful witch born in the Warren Lineage at the end of the 19th century. She was gifted with the Warren power to freeze the flow of time through the immobilization of all her enemies as if were imprisoned in stone. She was the daughter of Redmond Baxter (mortal) and Melinda Bowen (witch), wife of Gordon Johnson, and the mother of Penny Halliwell, and therefore the great-grandmother of the Charmed Ones.

• Spell Casting: The ability to cast spells and perform rituals.
• Potion Brewing: The ability to brew potions.
• Scrying: The ability to locate a person or object by the use of a scrying crystal, a map, and sometimes other tools.

Active Powers:

• Molecular Deceleration: Priscilla had the power to slow down the molecules of a person or object, to the point that they appeared to be slowing down in time. She activated her power by flicking her hands at whatever or whoever she wished to slow down. This power served as a precursor to Piper Halliwell's (Priscilla's future incarnation)'s more advanced powers of molecular immobilization and combustion, especially since Priscilla acted as a good witch who did not abuse her magic.

Pearl Russell was a witch descended from Melinda Warren. She was born as a good magical witch and possessed the power of pyrokinesis. She is the daughter of Agnes and Gordon Russell. Later on, she became known for her talents in potion-making and divination. However, Russell was seduced down a dark path by Anton, a warlock, and was subsequently killed and cursed during a misguided fight.

Death of Pearl Russell

Russell wasn't invited to Baxter's party but she came anyway and wanted to join the party. Anton gave Pearl a power-tripling potion, which would transform her power of pyrokinesis into fire-throwing, and told her to confront her cousins. She was, initially, resistant, but he managed to persuade her. He also gave her his Protection Amulet to protect her from their powers. As part of the plan, Anton shapeshifted into Priscilla’s ex-boyfriend and lured her away so Pearl could take Phoebe upstairs and kill her. However, Priscilla managed to escape Anton while Pearl and Phoebe fought downstairs instead, scaring away the customers. The amulet protected Pearl from Phoebe’s cryokinesis, but Phoebe wasn't done yet. She flashed her camera and did a jump kick, knocking Pearl onto the floor anyway. Priscilla then came in from the other room and began to strangle her with a curtain rope. Pearl was killed and cursed by her cousins. It is unknown what happened to her body.
