Coop Halliwell is a Cupid, who is also known as a Messenger of Love. He is the husband of Charmed One, Phoebe Halliwell and the father of their three children; P.J., Parker, Penny and Philippa Halliwell.

Coop is the only Cupid agent who is also a father. His powers include Beaming, which allows him to teleport himself and others anywhere in the world, the ability to feel love (which is his speciality), slow time, making a person realize their true feelings and Immortality. Furthermore, Coop has a ring, which provides him with a vast array of other magical powers.

Stephanie was also known as The Seer and she served Damien Klein who claim the throne as The Source. She wanted to be Queen of All Evil and rule Damien's side however Damien did not pick her but chose a charmed one, Peyton Campbell and Stephanie were forced to manipulate Peyton to put her under the spell to marry Damien. Stephanie agreed and hoped she gets Damien that way however the plan did go the way she hoped because Damien wanted a child with Peyton to make an heir to Underworld who would rule next after his death in the future.
