• Allen Halliwell: Allen was Penny's mortal first husband, the father of their two daughters, Patty and Pam Halliwell. He was killed by Penny's best friend, Robin was actually an evil witch when Patty was 17 years old.
• Penelope "Penny" Johnson-Halliwell: Penny was a powerful upper-level warren witch and the mother of her two daughters Patty and Pam Halliwell. She had a heart attack while falling down the stairs and her three granddaughters rushed to her side. Penny's primary power was to move objects and begins with the power of one's mind alone.
• Patricia "Patty" Halliwell: Patty was a witch and the mother of the Charmed Ones. She was killed by a Water Demon in Camp Skylark. Patty's primary power was to slow molecules down to the point that they appear to be frozen in time.
• Pamela "Pam" Halliwell-O'Connell: Pam is a witch, the youngest daughter of Penny and Allen Halliwell, and the youngest sister of Patty Halliwell. She married a mortal man named Rick and had no children with him but before meeting Rick, she was in a relationship with a demon, Litvack and had one daughter named Cassandra. Rick adopted Cassandra after her birth and gives her his last name. Pam's primary power was to create and manipulate fire but it was later stripped from her mother for her own protection. During her teen years, she possesses the second power to feel and understand other people's feelings, emotions, and desires.
• Prudence "Prue" Halliwell: Prue was the eldest of the Charmed Ones. She was raised by her maternal grandmother and she also raised her younger sisters not able to work. She is the late older sister of Piper and Phoebe Halliwell and the late maternal half-sister of Paige Matthews and Peyton Campbell. Prue's witchy powers were telekinesis and astral projection. She sacrificed herself to save the world from the greater world and was killed by a demon named Shax who was sent by The Source to break the power of three forever...
• Piper Halliwell-Wyatt: Piper is the middle sister of the Charmed Ones and she possessed a strong bond with her older sister, Prue before her passing. She is the younger sister of Prue Halliwell, the older sister of Phoebe Halliwell but also the maternal older half-sister of both Paige Matthews and Peyton Campbell. Piper has the power to manipulate matter on a molecular level. More specifically Piper can reduce or increase molecular speed.
• Phoebe "Pheebs" Halliwell: Phoebe is the youngest of the Charmed Ones and was also unaware of her identity as a witch and of the fact that she had another sister. She is the younger sister of Prue and Phoebe Halliwell & the younger half-sister of Paige Matthews and Peyton Campbell. She is currently balancing her duties as a witch with life and work life. Phoebe's witchy powers are Premonition, Levitation, Empathy and Psychic Reflection.
• Paige Matthews: Paige is the youngest baby sister of the Charmed Ones after Phoebe becomes the middle sister after her older half-sister, Prue's death. As a baby, she was given up for adoption by Mrs and Mr Matthews who raised her as a normal daughter without magic or any supernatural things. She never knows her biological mother or father and never knows she has sisters. Paige's powers are Telekinetic Orbing and Orb Shield. However, unlike her sisters, Paige is born with whitelighter blood as a baby, which gives her half-whitelighter powers. 
• Peyton Campbell-Turner: Peyton is the also youngest sister of the Charmed Ones. She also gave up for adoption like her older half-sister, Paige and grow up apart from her biological family. She is the younger maternal half-sister of Prue, Piper and Phoebe Halliwell and Paige Matthews. Peyton's witchy powers are Pyrokinesis and Telepathy. However, unlike her sisters, Peyton is born with warlock blood as a baby. Which gave her darkness that granted her several warlock powers as well.
• Cassandra "Cassie" O'Connell: The Charmed Ones' mysterious cousin. The daughter of a witch named Pam Halliwell and a demon named Litvack, the granddaughter of Penny and Allen Halliwell, and the legal daughter of Rick O'Connell. However, unlike her maternal cousins, Cassandra was born with half-demon blood as a baby, Which gave her darkness that granted her several demonic powers as well.

• Victor Bennett: Victor is Patty's mortal ex-husband, the father of Original Charmed Ones; Prue, Piper and Phoebe Halliwell. He separated from Patty when Phoebe was three years old. When Patty died, Penny moved to the manor and live with Victor but soon he left for New York.
• Samuel "Sam" Wilder: Sam is Patty's former lover and the biological father of Paige Matthews. He and Patty give up Paige to Sister Agnes and tell her to find a good home.
• Nicholas: Nicholas was a warlock who forced the Charmed One's mother to sleep with him and breed a child to himself. He is the biological father of Peyton Campbell. Patty gives up Peyton to Campbell Family to protect her from her father.
• Melinda Warren: Melinda was the most powerful upper-level good witch. She was born to two mortal parents Charlotte Warren and Lawrence Cutler while Melinda's mother was pregnant with her, she gives her premonition that Lawrence is not coming back anymore. Melinda grows up a beautiful young woman and she married a mortal man with who she had two children also Melinda has an affair with a warlock named Matthew who betrayed her later and told all of the towns she is a witch. Later she was burned at the stake but her children were safe and raised by mortal people.
• Several Ancestors from the Family Tree: Judging from the family tree in the Book of Shadows, the Charmed Ones had many female ancestors who were practising witches.
