The relationship between the Charmed Ones and half-sisters, Phoebe "Pheebs" Halliwell and Peyton Campbell.

Peyton and Phoebe's relationship was complicated at the beginning. The two do not share as close a bond with each other as they do with their other sisters Piper and Paige. It was hard for Phoebe after immediately accepting a new sister, and Peyton dealt if Phoebe would ever accept her. This has drawn some tension between the two at times, especially when Peyton loses herself to the half-warlock side, with Peyton feeling that Phoebe would never truly accept her and Phoebe learns the truth that her sister dated her ex-husband once. However, in general, they are very friendly and loyal to each other with Peyton eventually realizing that Phoebe does accept her as a sister.

Early Life

Phoebe was born three years before Peyton was. The two of them did not know of each other's existence when they were children and teens, because Peyton spent her life thinking that her adoptive parents were her real ones, and Phoebe thought that her mother had no other children but her, Piper, and Prue. They found out about each other on January 2007 (1 year after the ultimate battle).
